I currently manage accounting daily for 11 different markets. This job entails entering in money to charge to Lowe’s and to pay the haulers based on daily jobs that are completed by the teams and agreements we have in place. On a weekly basis I go through invoices sent by haulers to make sure everything is accurate. I also assist with anything pay related for haulers, by answering emails and calls. Previously, I managed 9 different Lowe's stores and coordinated all flatbed deliveries. My biggest responsibility was making sure I represent the company I work for and build relationships with my stores, as they are a business partner with pilot to make these deliveries happen. I have to work with stores and contractors to make sure customers who are receiving their deliveries have a great experience. I also managed accounting for each of these haulers and make sure their pay on a biweekly basis is accurate and accounted for. I do a lot of administrative work for my market as well as others. I have to keep track of trucks and drivers. I have to help keep up on regular maintenance schedules. I also answer the phone throughout the day to assist stores and drivers.

Site manager and data entry

I am a manager for B&E delivery, which is a contractor for FedEx Ground. My responsibilities include customer service. I make the schedule for 40 employees, I organize the documents that we keep track of our daily operations on. I take phone calls throughout the day to assist the drivers and make sure operations run smoothly. I also create the daily routes on the DRO system. I also will drive to cover days off and call offs. I handle payroll. I manage several sheets to document a variety of day to day information. I make sure the company runs smoothly to ensure positive results.

My responsibilities include assisting customers with ordering products, making orders for future pick up, deliveries, and phone sales. Taking care of returns, and sales. Seeking out customers to make sure they are finding what they need and assist if they need help with anything. Put orders together for pick-ups and deliveries. I am licensed to drive a fork truck. Solve any problems that customers have with current orders and possible future ones and sometimes past ones. I also answer several phone lines.

Front Desk• My responsibilities included checking guest in and also checking them out. Taking payment at check in and balancing remaining balances at check out. Assisting guest with any issues they may. Do everything I can to make sure there stay is memorable and relaxing. Answering phone calls from guest as well as external calls. Answering any and all questions someone may have. Keeping the desk clean, organized and presentable. I take sales from the front desk shop, and keep that area clean and organized. I Schedule wakeup calls as well as make the wake up calls when I am on night audit. I do several night audit shifts per week, my duties include closing the night, closing batches, organizing receipts, printing reports. Writing emails for work orders, manager packets, and shift reports. Printing registration cards. Going through all check outs for the next day. Cancelling reservations that are no-shows. My biggest responsibility includes working as a team with co-workers to make sure we can provide the guest with the best stay possible.

My responsibilities include calling customers on their due dates, and also calling ones that are past due to try to get them back on track. Answering several phones, taking payments, answering questions and also solving problems on customers accounts. Organizing files, getting the correct information in the customers files, making sure deliveries, pick ups, and services are scheduled correctly. I also do sales, and help to make sure the sales floor is full and inviting.

My responsibilities included assisting customers with their orders, make their orders, and answer any questions. Restocking for the next shift, cleaning the store to corporate expectations. Clean the lobby to make sure customers have a good experience
