These projects included salesforce client data management, modernizing data from old files to salesforce, and auditing customer files for potential inconsistencies. I used excel and internal analytical data to improve the customer experience and minimize any potential errors due to our large client list. I am trained in paralegal work such as scheduling DMV and APS hearings, customer file analysis, and subpoena request filings. My last summer at the internship I undertook a large project to create a system to reach out to clients before their court date to minimize fees and warrant filings. During covid, I assisted the office with various day-to-day tasks including answering phone calls and paperwork management.
