As a property management professional at Hilltop Residential, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a mixed population (multifamily and student) residential community, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the financial performance of the property. I have a Master's of Education degree from the University of Houston, where I focused on Higher Education Administration and learned how to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs and services for diverse student populations. I previously worked in higher education, first as a Resident Director and then as an Assistant Director of Training and Development at High Point University. In these roles, I gained valuable skills in communication, office administration, time management, staff supervision, and leadership development. I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive living and learning environments for residents and students, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. My goal is to continue to grow as a professional and a leader, and to contribute to the success and well-being of the communities I serve.
