• Perform a variety of roles including engineering, sales, and manufacturing support in order to continue to grow a privately-owned machine tool and automation manufacturing business • Responsible for project management of up to 5 concurrent complex projects, including performing design reviews, engineering change management, and managing schedule compliance • Perform internal cost estimation and actual cost tracking and utilize data to refine sales packages for customers • Create detailed project plans for turnkey projects including defining material handling requirements, takt time targets, unattended run-time, and machine overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

• Drove company-wide continuous improvement program and planned and executed CapEx projects • Identified, assigned, and managed continuous improvement and 6-Sigma Projects for 7 direct reports across multiple departments including manufacturing, purchasing, and sales and reported directly to the General Manager • Tracked and verified cost reduction targets of projects; annual verifiable savings were greater than $1.5M/year • Planned and executed over 40 separate CapEx projects worth >$35M in total to support company sales growth targets • Projects ranged from acquiring additional real estate to purchase of multiple types of complex, automated manufacturing equipment such as heat treat furnaces, CNC lathes, CNC centerless grinders, thread rollers, and multi-die warm headers • Recognized as company-wide subject matter expert on thread rolling and centerless grinding processes

• Provided technical support to manufacturing departments throughout the company and across multiple shifts • Identified and implemented cost reduction projects in multiple departments and report to the Director of Engineering • Improved thread roll die life by over 50% on titanium fasteners resulting in >$500k/year cost savings• Created “Thread Roll 101” training program for operators; reduced thread roll scrap by >$300k/year • Managed $5M in CapEx projects from inception to installation and startup
