In this context our scope was to quantify the impact of rising energy prices on 15 subsidiaries’ OpEx and leverage the analysis as a reference point to evaluate & align on subsidiary 2023 budgets.My participation in the project includes, amongst others: - The end to end, configurable excel-based forecast model creation,- The support in the overall project management (incl. Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives, I was given the opportunity to fully integrate in the day to day business life of Protergia, the Power & Gas Business Unit of the company.In the first half of the program's duration I have succeeded, under the guidance of my manager, in creating, launching and monitoring a new "turn key" solution offered to end customers, related to Net-Metering services. In the second half of my participation in this graduate program I was mostly involved in Go to Market strategies related to the electric mobility sector and Protergia's involvement in the upcoming market trends. Other main tasks I fully took over, include my work as a Retail Analyst, in which the adaptation of knowledge regarding customer strategies was a must in order to optimize sales potential in the electricity sector.
