Responsible for the clients Satisfaction, Quality Level, Warranty Costs Reduction and Control, and Revenue / Margin Generation, through new business in the Customer Service area, for the mentioned regions.Partner companies identification and qualification in several countries, answering for the following evaluations: technical and financial conditions, and general contractual negotiations, besides quarterly evaluations of quality
