With a mindset of "do it right or not at all", SWS products have been critically acclaimed as it steadily continues climbing the ranks in people's preferences and growing as a business.I am responsible for SWS' business growth by subcontracting for other developers and new in-house projects. Finding new distribution channels, marketing and generally extending the lifespan of existing SWS products.In the developement area, I am involved or assisting in the design of all aspects of SWS products and tools: feature planning, design, developement and outsourcing.

I directed product R&D, being responsible for interviewing prospective customers, receiving and analysing data of their fleet's day-to-day operation, locating problems and measuring efficiency. Analysed a wide spectrum of companies' operation, such as financial analysis, orders, routing analysis, warehouse efficiency and product delivery. Furthermore, I was responsible for unifying the accumulated knowledge into a standardised model that can be applied to accelerate decision making.
