I directed product R&D, being responsible for interviewing prospective customers, receiving and analysing data of their fleet's day-to-day operation, locating problems and measuring efficiency. Analysed a wide spectrum of companies' operation, such as financial analysis, orders, routing analysis, warehouse efficiency and product delivery. Furthermore, I was responsible for unifying the accumulated knowledge into a standardised model that can be applied to accelerate decision making.
