Creating and developing strategies for the commodity traders and shippers while at the same time negotiating rates with both shipper and carriers. Doing a full value proposition for the requesting customer.

In this role I have been in contact with people all around the world. The Cross Trade business is about commodities like coffee, cotton, sugar, metals, cocoa, etc. I was in charge of negotiating the freight rates and business both with the customer as well as internally in the organisation. Also I did some market analysis and developed department/country statistics.

A job during the summer, every year 2 weeks being Press Chef at the ATP tournament in the Netherlands.I was running the press chef, organising interviews and media settings while making sure all press was updated and news/scores available around the trounament parc. I was in charge of the daily newspaper as well as the internet website during tournamen times, writing articles as well.
