Follow-up improvement of the existing configuration of an accounting system, support of accounting and HR document flow. Due to the active expansion of branch network in 2006 (10 new branches), I have developed and implemented software enabling to control a flow of goods, settlements among contractors, purchase planning and to assess financial indicators of branch operation through efficient data exchange with head office.

Implemented the configuration that promptly enables to collect sales data, goods supply planning, supervision and planning of financial activity across all ten branches. Established the data exchange between head office and entire branch network allowing more effective supervision and management.
