• Led the data analysis for quantitatively characterising and visualising the spatiotemporal dynamics of intraoperatively recorded human epileptiform local field potentials (inter-ictal spikes, high-frequency.
• Developed the pre/post-op experimental pipeline (including designing/fabricating mechanical parts, bench-testing electrode arrays and developing software solutions to store, analyse and operate data in the clinical EEG.
• Developed the calibration setup and control software for a projector-scope used to deliver spatiotemporal light patterns for optogenetic stimulation with micron spatial resolution for studying the interhemispheric.
• CAD design, fabrication and testing of mechanical parts and gaskets for neural implants used for electrophysiological and optical interaction with the cortex.

Undertook the strategy and design process from idea to product, specializing in Web Apps/Platforms, Mobile Apps, 2D/3D Digital Experiences and Brand Identities. Based in NYC, working both with local as well as global clients coming from Boston, London (UK) and Athens (Greece).

Designed and developed the UX/front-end (Webflow, Vue.js, Bootstrap) for a web deep-learning framework enabling the evolutionary analysis of proteins by decomposing them into a set of motif embeddings. The trained neural networks are visualised to generate biological insight and help protein design and new drug discovery.

• “bTeam” web information and communication management platform: I set the design foundation for the mobile app, designed the “To Do” module and its integrations to the rest of the platform, redesigned the “Addressee”.
• Web-based Maritime ERP system: Analyzed, designed and handed guidelines to the developers for three mobile apps: “Inspector”, “On Board Inventory”, “Clever-i”.
