This client is a tech focused subsidiary of a national firm offering support to various financial advisors. Their project is converting ~300 clients onto a support package in order to meet upcoming SEC compliance standards for their field. My responsibilities are as follows:- Manage and coordinate schedules of help desk resources daily.- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers/lead.- Identify and assist in management of project risks and issues or schedule changes.- Collaborate with ~100 clients to assess IT needs and successfully coordinate a seamless onboarding onto an IT package consisting of PC management and O365 migration.
