• Investigated approaches to utilize OpenCV to extract and process pose data from CCTV camera video archives from the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit from Vanderbilt Hospital to develop and train a machine learning algorithm to detect the onset of an epilepsy episode.• Researched existing literature on pose recognition and techniques to enhance OpenCV detection accuracy on low-quality videos and presented findings during bi-weekly lab meetings.• Developed a prototype data pipeline in Python and designed a toolkit with D3.js to visualize the data points from OpenCV.

• Led the development of the Augmented Reality Mirror, a scientific outreach project that incorporates AR technologies with medical anatomical models to achieve real-time body tracking in a game-like experience.• Collaborated with teachers to enrich Metro Nashville Public Schools' sports science curriculum to include the study of kinematics by utilizing the velocity-measuring and path-plotting functionality from the Augmented Reality Mirror.• Launched the Augmented Reality Mirror for an exhibition in partnership with the Nashville Adventure Science Center.
