My love of the San Francisco Bay Area, respect for the real estate industry, and deep sense of fiduciary responsibility to buyers and sellers make it immediately apparent to my clients that they’re in good hands, no matter how great or complex their real estate goals. Born and raised in San Francisco, I didn’t hesitate to move back after earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on entrepreneurship and small business management from Chico State. I had previously worked in the direct sales industry and as a manager at a food brokerage firm, but I grew disillusioned with the impersonal nature of the business and found myself wanting more connection with clients and people in general. My emphasis on building lasting relationships made real estate a natural fit for me. It also presented me with the natural salesmanship I enjoyed and the ethics I sought. My primary clients are first-time buyers who are seeking homes both in and outside of San Francisco. I also represents sellers, particularly in the areas he knows well, which include Westwood Park, Ingleside Terrace, St. Francis Wood, and the Sunset/Parkside District. I enjoy the creative marketing aspects of selling a home, and do what I knows works, but I boldly implements new, game-changing techniques if a situation necessitates them. I currently live in San Francisco’s Sunset District with my wife Nicole, son Alec and daughter Emilia. I dedicate some of my spare time to volunteering for UniversalGiving, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that works only with highly vetted organizations. And several times a year, I gather with his baseball team to play ball with the inmates at San Quentin State Prison. Learning and implementing new health and fitness concepts are also a large part of my life.
