Autonappi was the first car sharing operator in b2b2c leasing sector in Finland. We created platform/SaaS model where customers can get shared leasing cars for fixed monthly price and these cars can be subrented to 3rd party when not needed. Smartest idea was the transaction business which was our best innovation. As a head of the business & product, I gained a wide range of experience including accounting, budgeting, recruiting, insuring, legal terms, leadership, sales, agile , go to market strategy, software development, value chain creation, business management, reporting & investor relations. We had honor to serve customers like Genesta/Newsec, Aalto University, Kaapelitehtas & Wolt. When our SaaS model didn’t scale up as fast as expected, our investors withdrawed and I ended up working for Järvileasing. We did many big mistakes but we succeeded in so many different things with so ridiculous small resources compared to our competitors that I’m proud of our team.

I learned a lot of sales, marketing, business development, hr, investor relations, car sharing, overall management & sw development.->Trademark exit to Faraday Future in 2017 and pivoting focus to Autonappi after purchase.
