• Led the Efficiency team to deliver the removal of Premfina and the launch of our own monthly instalments solution to a tight deadline in November 2021 and with no issues during the first thirty days saving the business.
• Simultaneously built the Home Insurance team from new hires and existing engineers in time to begin work on the project in September 2021.
• Lead over 50 interviews in six months at both past experience and final culture stage scaling the engineering team from less than 10 to over 50.
• Worked hand-in-hand with the Talent team to improve the candidate experience at all stages and reduce the time between first call to sending out an offer.

• Led the Efficiency team to deliver multiple additions to the customer account product that would allow customers to change their details, add a new policy holder, or cancel their policy.

• Joined the Efficiency team to work across Marshmallow’s four products: the customer account, sign-up flow, agent portal and s’mores component library.
• Built React components in TypeScript using both Context API and Redux to manage state.
• Triaged bugs with Bugsnag and later Sentry.
• Introduced unit tests to the customer account with React Testing Library.

Responsible for building Paws, a subscription-based dog food and supplements ecommerce website built on React with Redux and CSS-in-JS (styled components). Frontend was moved from GatsbyJS to NextJS. Backend built on Solidus (Ruby on Rails) using PostgreSQL.

Responsible for delivering the build-a-box proposition (incl. wet food subscriptions, store categorisation, supplements, and flea, tick and wormer). Planned and led the design sprint, created a release plan, supported the product team in working with stakeholders and managed the engineering team in delivering the proposition within our eight week deadline.

• Patch joined Forward Partners with a simple newsletter capture field and we were responsible for leading the founder through a design sprint, building a Saleor (Python 3 & Django 2) e-commerce platform with a React and.
• At LiveBetterWith we tested Tamara’s initial offering on Shopify, validated the idea, and built a fully-featured store on Oscar, the open-source Django e-commerce platform. LBW was designed for people with cancer so.
• nSpireMe “Let’s Play Music” an app that helps children learn the violin by providing feedback on their practice. I facilitated the design sprint and the team built a simple marketing website in Django and Foundation.
• The Drop was looking to bring tailored suits to the masses. I worked with the technical co-founder to add a Foundation-powered frontend to the.Net-based NOPCommerce. I also acted as Product Manager for The Drop.
• With EPIC events I was responsible for building the marketing site and the accompanying app setup dashboard in Django with a Foundation-powered frontend. I was also responsible for building the UI for the React Native.
