Assisted in research experiments regarding cell morphology quantification of the epithelial to mesenchymal (EMT) transition of various pancreatic cancer cell lines. Daily maintained cells, analyzed and took photos with light optical microscopy, created graphs on GraphPAD quantifying cell morphology, immunostained wells and performed fluorescence microscopy.
