• Supported a number of large customers in Singapore from industries like,o Finance (e.g. Hong Leong Finance, Matsushita Bank), o Government (e.g. Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defense), o Education (e.g. National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University), and o Telecommunication (e.g. Mobile One, SingTel, StarHub) customers in Singapore.• Responsibilities include :o Provide phone and on-site support to customerso Perform hardware testing o Assist customers in their IT center relocation projects (e.g. British Petroleum, OCBC Bank)o Provide preventive maintenance on customer’s workstations, servers (SUN) and printers.
