Sales Director
CurrentResponsibilities- Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an effective and innovative fashion- Manage the activities of sales and technical teams to achieve the sales objectives of all business lines in EPS (Electronic Process System) division from the strategic accounts and others within Taiwan region. - Has overall accountability for planning, executing and submitting the Annual Sales Business Plan within EPS business scope.- Participate in budget development and monitoring of expenses for EPS division.- Manages sales objectives, submission of calculations, supporting data and reviews quarterly data with account sales leader.Major Achievement- Lead sales, application and service teams to adapt the changes from organization and external business environment. Meet the business targets and improve the efficiency inside the organization.- Inspires team-oriented behavior through collaboration and partnership across organizations.- Adopts a disciplined, data-based approach to defining strategic direction and bring strategy to action.- Consistently delivers on commitment and successfully penetrate new business with new products. - Well planned and controlled the budget and expense of the whole division.
