IZP manages the largest clickstream data of its kind in the internet & mobile industry, combining the online behaviors and attitudes from 300 million consumers across mainland China. I am leading a BI team to use a set of methodologies, processes, architectures, and technologies that transform the raw clickstream data into meaningful and useful information used to enable more effective strategic, tactical, and operational insights and decision-making.

Kijisoft is a partnership business that involves software development and outsourcing, as well as business consultation. I set up this partnership IT services corporation in Toronto, Canada, led a business development team and secured important new clients and projects during the economic downturn. Effectively communicated and followed up between clients and the software development team on several software outsourcing projects. Analyzed business requirements and wrote specification of the software applications. Performed budget planning, resource allocation and tracked project tasks and goals daily. Performed business consulting service for companies from China, prepared their business plan for the North America market. Independently managed projects with hands-on work in business requirement analysis, high-level design, testing and deployment.

Founder International North America is a Toronto-based R&D branch of Founder International. During my employment with Founder International in the North American branch, I independently managed and led a team in a strategic direction to the R&D branch of Founder Group in North America. My contributions to this company does not just end there, I was also involved with designing and executing annual plan outlining effectively on product and service strategy. Last but not least, I established the direction, scope, targets and timelines for each project team, which involves in managing all phases of the software development cycle from business requirements analysis to system deployment also including participation with the hands-on coding in several projects. Over the years I have developed a strong and structured software development team to lower the cost of development, and increase retention and drive project profitability.

Founder International Japan is an international business division of Founder Group. As a Senior Architect and System Analyst, I led a team of 50 software developers to develop an international version of “FounderFIT” page layout software product. Personally, I Established the direction, scope, targets and timelines for each development phase. I was also involved in and managed all phases of the product development cycle from requirements analysis to product release, including large volume of the hands-on coding in the projects.

Founder Group Corporation is a public IT company with nearly 30,000 employees worldwide. As a chief software developer and team leader, I was involved in and managed the development of two state-of-the-art software products of Founder: the first Chinese Newspaper Classified Ad Booking & Auto Layout System and FounderFIT Page Layout Software. The projects have won national award by its fine architect design, friendly user interface and great functionalities.
