Orchestrated successful Early Access and GA releases, reimagined core features, and guided customers through sales-led trials, securing substantial new revenue. Translated customer feedback into actionable insights, solving for previously unaddressed pain points, drawing over 40 new CCO customers.• Managed multiple customer transitions from a competitor product, to CCO, acquiring top three telecom provider as a customer in the process. Close customer contact and pivotal feature prioritization led to seamless onboarding and significant revenue boost.• Led APM roadmap, ensuring alignment, seamless integration, and strategic prioritization with Product Managers both within and adjacent to the APM domain.
