Collaborated with clinical/operational leadership and staff across the health system to measure outcomes, provide insights, develop data tools and analyses, and identify opportunities for improving patient care, hospital/clinic operations, and business outcomes. Used SQL (Epic Caboodle) and QlikSense to extract and clean data from various sources, R Markdown to build annotated and interactive data stories, and R Shiny to create exploratory applications. Specific project:- Built and manage an ETL process and front-end display from raw data files and various sources to achieve a centralized data model that enables readily available access, benchmarking, and insights from the Vizient Clinical Database across the health system through Qlik Sense- Developed R Shiny applications to explore "what-if" scenarios, identify areas of improvement, and assess financial impact on clinical documentation improvement and Quality programs such as the Hospital Readmission Reduction Program (HRRP), Hospital Value-Based Purchasing (HVBP), and the Leapfrog Safety Grade- Developed methodology, documentation and measurement/monitoring mechanisms for key clinical and operational metrics

- Built a text mining tool in Python's spaCy framework to mine custom pattern sets from claim notes- Integrated and productionized producer activity text data into predictive models to enhance prospect prioritization- Created Tableau dashboards to explore geographic impact of pricing models and underwriting issues- Contributed in building pricing models for insurance products
