Alexander Zehrer has been working as a freelance director, producer, andDOP since 2009. His documentary work for various companies and NGOshas taken him to over 12 countries on three continents, always driven by thepassion for capturing the essence of real-life narratives. In 2023, his first feature-length documentary, “Philipp Mickenbecker - RealLife,” a film about faith and hope in the face of death, which he realized asdirector of photography, co-director and producer, was released in over 350movie theaters in the GSA market and aired on Netflix in January 2024.Since 2024 he is a founding member and Co-CEO of Parable Studios - a film studio that developes, produces and distributes value based films and TV series.
