I have more than 12 years experience to manage the Grants and Sub Grants with special focus on developing policy and guidelines for fund management of the partner NGOs as well as training/capacity building of the NGOs, NGO fund audit, development of project budget. I have also Knowledge to prepare partner budget as per organizational policy, fund reallocate and review their quarterly financial statement with related documents; time to time monitoring partners project activities; Prepare financial monitoring visit report for Internal management; special cases investigation of partners organizations in context of complain or misappropriation found; evaluation of the financial aspects of sub-grantees proposals and made appropriate suggestions for funding decisions; Review various audit reports, collect implementation status for PNGOs and prepare management comments and finalize those reports as and when required.
