In Charge Nurse
CurrentDuties and Responsibilities:--Supervising nursing staff and monitoring their needs.-Mentoring and training new staff and providing support and guidance to all staff members.-Monitoring Documentation of the nursing staff on a daily basis.-Preparing Duty Roaster and nursing assignments for staffs on monthly basis.-Maintain an updated inventory of department supplies.-Monitoring the daily checklist in the clinic.-Conducting ERT mock drill and Minutes of meeting in the clinic on monthly basis.-Conducting monthly meeting with the Nursing staffs to meet their needs.-Encourage all the staff to perform Educational sessions in the clinic on monthly basis to improve their skills and knowledge.Additionally performing the following duties as a Registered Nurse:--Performs accurate and complete admission assessments.-Monitor and document the patient’s condition and the effectiveness of care in the EMR.-Medication Administration.-Collection of sample from patients.-Adhere to JCI standard.-Provides health education to patients and/or families.-Assisting in insurance approvals and informing patients.-Maintain daily checklist of the clinic.-Sterilization of instruments.-Preparing patients for various investigations like Ultra sound, CT scan, MRI scan, Loop insertion, Echo, CTG, Cryocautery, UBT, Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
