• Reviewing invoices and check requests in a timely manner • Accurately sort and match invoices and check requests • Set invoices up for payment • Process check requests in a timely manner and according to appropriate payment schedules • Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments • Reconciliation of payments • Prepare analysis of accounts • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date • Effectively an efficiently resolve invoice discrepancies • Vendor file maintenance • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries • Produce monthly reports • Assist in month end closing

Answer and receive all incoming calls and correspondence in a prompt and friendly manner, directing calls to appropriate parties and taking messages. Assist with collection, maintenance, and submission of data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Program Director.Review monthly financials, under the direction of the Director. Adhere to negotiated annual budget and spending requirements including petty cash.Assist with overall supervision and monitoring of purchases to maintain inventory control of office, household, educational, youth, and kitchen supplies.Assist with monitoring of program facility and vehicle maintenance to maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free environment. Attend all departmental and program meetings to ensure that up-to-date information is received and/or information of policy changes or practice are adhered to.Maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free work area.Develop and maintain productive relations with local, state, and laboral contacts.Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.Customer relationsManage and follow up on appointmentsManaging calendarsMaking travel, meeting and event arrangementsPreparing comissions reports
