Working for the same company for over half a decade has taught me so much and I learn more every single day. My favorite part of the job is leading my team and making sure we all learn something new every shift that we work together. I also love interacting with our customers and especially our "regulars", each one of them. Adjusting and adapting to new crew members is something I have learned to enjoy, as well as adapting to anything new that comes our way in the company like new products and sales. Being in this position has enabled me to learn more and improve my customer service skills as well as my team training skills. Learning and helping others learn as I am learning is at the top of my list of reasons why I enjoy being a manager. The more we learn, the more we progress! I am also currently attending Mid-American Christian University's School of Business and my field of study is Business Administration, Management, and Ethics.
