As a Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate at Real Canadian Superstore, I apply my retail skills to deliver excellent service to customers and support the store operations. I have been working at Superstore for over two years, and I have learned how to handle various customer inquiries and issues while keeping in mind that everyone is different and therefore everyone's needs will also be different. Being a Customer Service representative allowed me to think independently, improve my understanding of empathy, and relate to and assist the customers and my coworkers efficiently.I am also a Bachelor of Arts Honors 2024 Political Science Graduate at York University, Currently pursuing a certificate in Refugee and Migration Studies under the Human Rights and Equity Studies department of again York University.I am passionate when it comes to politics and social justice. I enjoy researching and thinking about the different aspects and implications of political systems, public policies, global affairs and human rights issues that particularly relate to migration and refugee studies. My goal is to improve my analytical skills and expand my knowledge of global affairs and current global issues. I aim to pursue a career that allows me to contribute to positive change and make a difference within society and then the world.
