I'm the Co-Chair in the Steering Committee for the B Local Türkiye Community that is kicking off in 2024 alongside İdil Lopez and Melissa Lara Clissold. Our goal isto expand the B Corp community across Türkiye and the region.

The Climate Reality Leadership Corps is a diverse global community, consisting of passionate individuals who have come together with the aim of raising environmental awareness and solving the biggest problems of our time.With this project, I not only had the opportunity to be trained by former Vice President Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader but also found and engaged with a group of like-minded people committed to creating a sustainable future and an equal world together.

Youth for Good is an inclusive design studio focused on youth and positive impact to facilitate systemic transformation. Here; we create content, develop projects and build a community to improve social awareness of youth to be part of the systemic change in the way for a sustainable and an equal world.

• Continuation of previous responsibilities both for Türkiye and Spain markets• Providing consultancy to stakeholders within the scope of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, and conducting trainings accordingly• Acting as the Project Lead of the Horizon Project in which Fazla participated within the framework of the European Union• Organizing in-house training sessions by keeping track of sectoral developments• Developing projects to introduce B Corp in Türkiye and to build a community to support organizations with potential to join this prestigious, global network as being the Co-Chair for B Local Türkiye Steering Committee

• Leading the months-long rebranding process of Fazla, resulting in the establishment of a new brand identity for the company, managing the processes of rebuilding all internal and external marketing materials (website, corporate presentations, brand book, welcome kit, etc.) accordingly• Designing and initiating the process of preparing Fazla's first corporate report that encompasses the company's purpose, vision, brand identity, its efforts with the stakeholder ecocsystem, and the impact created through these endeavors• Managing the processes of preparing and communicating the report "Present and Future of Holistic Waste Management" which showcased the potential that Fazla would bring to the Spanish market with its expansion.• Building content strategies across multiple platforms and developing a wide range of engaging, meaningful content including case studies, blogs, websites, reports, e-books, social and e-mail communications, press releases and print media etc. • Working closely with multiple stakeholders from all levels - clients, C levels, directors, sales and product teams, designers, agencies, and journalists etc. and creating content on behalf of them and managing cross team coordination • Building, engaging, and educating the community with the correct brand message and tone of voice• Being part of social events, panels, expos, and conversations etc. as a representative of the brand and the community • Owning digital metrics to monitor content performance and SEO

• Coordinating digital marketing, PR and creative agents,• Managing digital assets of Fazla and Fazla İyi; creating monthly social media calendar and related contents, executing and moderating the processes,• Following the monthly/yearly marketing OKRs, KPIs and budget,• Creating monthly newsletter,• Managing global project funds,• Carrying out academic researches and writting content for PR agencies, captions, websites and etc. about sustainability, food loss and waste and so on,

• Assisting in the completion of applications for global and local project calls,• Managing social media accounts of Fazla Gıda; creating monthly social media calendar and related contents,• Assisting in the development of new products for market; carrying out competitor and benchmark analyses, academic researches and persona studies,• Carrying out academic researches for the standardization of quantitative analyses of carbon emission and water consumption caused by food waste.

Bilimsantrali is one of the clubs of Istanbul Bigi University that focuses on science and technology. The community initiates programs and activities to make science accessible for all (children foremost) and appeal to all ages within this field and beyond.
