About Aleysha Haniff

I am an experienced digital editor who has previously worked in local and national newsrooms in Toronto. I left Canada to travel the world in 2017, and visited 29 countries before my bank account told me it was time to go home.I went back in school in an eight-month digital marketing program about big data, content and customer experience. I gained hands-on experience developing digital strategy for a live brand, as well as customer segmentation and journey mapping. But I guess I wasn't done with journalism quite yet. I returned to the industry in 2019, again working as a digital editor. I know how to edit homepages, write SEO-friendly display copy and content, and manage writers on deeper dives.
