I have moved within QC department from mass production group to planning & supplier development group since April 2016.Key responsibilities:• TPCA quality function assurance - manufacturing quality improvement projects & close cooperation with TME (Toyota Motor Europe) for across EMCs quality projects.• Supplier development activity focused to critical defects outflow prevention and complex supplier development.• TPCA ISO & COP audits assurance.• Toyota quality events organisation.

From January 2015 I am working as Acting Section Manager of QC Interior, Exterior, Body and Raw Material Group.Key responsibilities:• Daily management of engineers at group.• QC KPIs (key performance indicators) monitoring and managing their reaching on daily basis.• Engineers performance and competency development planning.• New projects (facelift, minor changes) planning, activity coordination and participation on them.• Engineers support for communication towards suppliers, PSA and TMC.• Enginers support in SDA (supplier development activity) + coordination with PSA SDA team.• Leading of weekly meetings with PSA to progress critical concern list.

I have returned to TPCA and finished real interior parts development. New model successfuly launched 05/2014. At the same time I have become deputy section manager of our group.Key responsibilities: Managing supplier readiness towards SOP.• Responsible for Interior of three new models (Toyota Aygo, Peugeot 108, Citroën C1) until SOP.• Member of supplier preparation tracking team (SPTT) with main aim to manage complete supplier documentation / process preparation.• Off Tool/Off Process preparation at supplier with direct in-plant visits and confirmations of process readiness (Main suppliers: Magna CTS, Faurecia, Simoldes, Grupo Antolin, Eurostyle).• Checking fixture approval by achieving same level of supplier C/Fs as plant C/Fs.Managing quality readiness of each Shop.• Checking fixture preparation and approval • Leading AxW (assembly x welding) activity to ensure body accuracy with final fitting by feedback to stamping and welding shop.• Solving QC problems related to assembly difficulties by direct feedback to design.• Leading team of QC investigation to gather and manage expected data for further part improvement.Implementing knowledge from previous project and avoid reoccurrence of problems.• Supporting TMC designers for part design based on experience from previous model (knowledge database)• Attended 3 step DR meeting in Japan (Takaoka QC) for final part shape setup.

I have been working on development of Aygo/C1/108 (model 2014) at TMC Japan. I have joined TPCA mother company (Takaoka plant) team to work on parts drawing quality.Key responsibilities:• Final complete vehicle inspection standard preparation.• Toitsu Hynpyou activity (tolerance stack up calculation) of all interior parts of new models + countermeasure development in case of not good theoretical calculation result.• All Interior parts drawing review (design review) based of previous model knowledge data + QC parts requirements.• Prototype model and prototype parts design review.• Communication with home plant (TPCA) by weekly progress reports and weekly video meetings to share project progress/main concerns.

I started as Quality Control Engineering at Interior group just after Trainee period.Key responsibilities: Ensuring desired quality of supplier parts.• Responsible for Interior area of three models (Toyota Aygo, Peugeot 108, Citroën C1).• Daily communication with Suppliers, Designers and Engineers (Manufacturing, QC inspection) within plant to reach desired product quality • Periodic visits to Suppliers/Dealers all across Europe (Poland, Germany, France, Slovakia) to grasp and follow up problem status.• Ensuring quick problem solving for new problems.• Quick analysis and resolution of supplier part and in-house process concerns.• Customer and field concern investigation and countermeasure to minimize impact to customer and cost.Coordinating proper communication throughout company.• Preparing quality statistics, graphs, reports (TBP, A3, PDCA) and presentations for management.• Coordinating, facilitating and participating in meetings, both internal and external.• Training of incoming QC personnel with successful results to expand QC department.
