As the Engineering Manager, I hold comprehensive responsibility for leading the development team based in Uppsala, along with oversight of IT operations. My role encompasses performance evaluation, recruitment, staff well-being, and office management. As a coaching manager, I remain actively engaged in architectural and development challenges while ensuring seamless IT support. Additionally, I participate in the product board group, contributing to the formation of the product roadmap. I also bridge with our Support team to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

As the first employee at Luciteklabs AB, I took on a wide range of responsibilities, including Head of Development, Full Stack Engineering, DevOps Engineering, IT Administration. I developed a mobile application using JavaScript with React Native and the Expo build platform, and utilized Salesforce as the SQL database for the back-end. Additionally, I was the project leader and maintainer for an AI engine that identified individual pikes using Python, which was deployed on Google Cloud. I also took on Office Manager responsibilities and managed recruitment efforts.

Technical lead on all Windows products developed at FoxT.Programming in C#, C++ and CPKI expert on Windows using X509 certificates.Most often programming close to the operating system (All Windows versions). For example my team has created Credential Provider for logging in to Windows and created a mini driver filter to control access to shared folders.
