Working with Fabricators and Suppliers ensuring cargo readiness for timeous delivery to specific Sites and central storage warehouse. d. Arrange regular inspections of equipment and documentation. e. Ensuring preservation of Equipment is maintained and updated on register. f: Production schedules tracked to ensure compliance. g. Drafting of weekly reports as to status of equipment for circulation to Senior and Project Managers. 2. Procurement - Senior Buyer a. Negotiated order placement of non – package items for Medupi / Kusile Power station. b. Ensure timeous payment awarded to contractors upon delivery of equipment and services. c. Sign-off of invoices against signed POD's. Contract value: R20 billion
