In my present position, I hold a leadership role overseeing the inhouse creativeteam at Sitro Group. Managing a compact yet resilient team, we focus onproduct development and marketing within the camping and outdoor industry.Notable brands under my purview include Gasmate, Explore Planet Earth,Jumbuck, and others. My responsibilities involve leading the creative team invarious aspects such as package design, photography, website development, andimplementation to effectively market the products. Moving over to client side, I worked in a very fast paced, commercial environment.I work alongside the marketing director and product teams to help drive growthand revenue for Vinomofo through ever-changing and dynamic creative. Mywork covered all mediums across all channels. I headed a small but agile team,including a Graphic Designer, photographer, campaign co -orderinator and socialmedia marketer.

As head of creative, Newscorp, Melbourne office, I've built a small creative Melbourne team with the skill set to rival many creative studios. We've gone from your basic PDF and PowerPoint presentations with static storyboarded executions, to producing class leading videos, animated presentations, producing first to market digital ad executions, to implementing short video series for a number of national clients. I have also implemented a series of working practices and techniques to further drive efficiency and revenue for the business in the ever changing and demanding world of advertising. I continue to drive and influence my team, through my passion of design and innovation, to create and produce class leading content across all channels.
