My experience includes leading projects at all stages (web releases for 300+ servers, printing 1000+ runs of CDs).7. I am prepared to take the responsibility, and can take the right decisions in critical situations (particularly as I completed three years of contract military service in Spetsnaz).8.     TrafficStars is a premium ad network that is world-second for adult traffic (7 Bn ad showings per day)I was posted to guide the project out of a technological crisis, and successfully completed the following tasks:1. Evaluate the condition of the business’s technical side, prepare proposals to optimize cost and resolve internal team conflicts.2. Relieve internal team toxicity. 3. Create a new staffing structure, and hire personnel.4. Organize error monitoring and messaging system.5. Transfer a large subproject from the cloud to physical servers, and reduce costs more than fivefold.6. Remove critical errors, stabilize the system. Massive work has been carried out to optimize services, enable cutting equipment costs while maintaining a stable traffic growth, and to completely avoid system plunges.7. Set up the communication between technical specialists and managers in the Barcelona office. It improved the developers’ involvement in the project life and understanding of the company strategy.8. Manage the Cyprus office for more than a year (until the СЕО position was transferred from Barselona to Limassol).While working in the company, the traffic increased from 1.5 to 7 Bn showings per day (more than 800k per second at peaks), and the technical cost of a showing was slashed in more than a half. Agile was introduced into the development processes.

    I collected from scratch the specialist team that managed to fully briefly rewrite in the platform core and pull the company from a deep technical crisis, which provoked the outflow of permanent partners. In my first year on the job, the load on the platform increased more than twenty-fold without losing in performance or adding to the server farm.Several heavy-load side services were successfully implemented and put to the market in addition to working with the main platform.I set up a remote development office in Samara (4 members), introduced Scrum across all teams.A Crypto currency service was developed for automated trading in well-known crypto exchanges, and put to the market.A new SaaS service (similar to HasOffers, Affise, or Cake) was developed from the current platform core to 75%. The scalable SaaS service was developed to serve affiliate networks with the gross load up to 3 Bn events per day.The company owner closed all non-crypto projects and laid off most of its staff.I was the main technology ideologist and architect of all company projects.

    I left the company due to the owner’s financial issues (sanation of the investor bank). B2B sector:- Designed service architecture for project Neemble.ru from scratch to automate restaurant and retail businesses (ERP + CRM + POS).- Built team from scratch. Older network equipment was connected via microcomputers.- Helped setting DBMS PostgreSQL operations (using extensions, stored procedures, CTE)—without using the database management system bluntly for any task.B2C sector:- Set up mobile wallet for the partner bank (nearest likes are Rocketbank and Tinkoff mobile wallet).- Actively participated in designing business processes of mobile wallet with bank’s components.- Carried out integration with the partner bank’s processing center.- Received the experience of SAP product introduction and interaction with a number of large contractors to enhance the bank’s components.

Hosting services.2. SMS-center for mobile content (a joint project by mobile operator Smarts, company Uncom, and Samara Orthodox Episcopate to provide text content from Spiritual Talks. For this project I wrote the text messaging center that provided different text-based services over SMPP and MMS (MM7) protocols. The SMS center served 4 regions in the Volga area, and sent more than 5,000 texts per day.3. Set up servers for the Internet broadcasting and telecasting.4. Selling Internet ads, SEO services.5. Selling software licenses (received the Microsoft Partner status).Consideration was given to internet kiosk setting up. Examined the technical possibility of Internet kiosk set up for different businesses (restaurants, hotels, municipal services), and made a prototype (the project did not progress due to the company’s limited budget).The company stopped developing web-sites in 2009.
