The Operations Consultant is a supporting role in the continued development and deployment of our expanding Energy sector. The main objective is to offer full end to end support to our contractors throughout their lifecycle, managing customer needs and expectations whilst maintaining compliance requirements. I work alongside a dynamic sales team, specialist payroll functions, mobilisation consultants, business co-ordination and regional management throught out the BENEFRA region. Agreed procedures and guidelines must be followed and the service delivered must always be of a consistent and high quality, ensuring that at all the time. With attention to detail, a methodical and intelligent approach to our work, professional communication skills we provide compliant solutions during the project phase. I support in :• On boarding process to Progressive GE• Ongoing contractor management programme• Compliant NL payroll set up• Contract management by specialist in-house team• Contract query resolution and negotiation, extension negotiation• In-country tax compliance for NL and overseas• Visa and work-permit set up and delivery where appropriate• In-country mobilisation where necessary• Commercial terms agreed with local partner specific to project• Compliant in-country employment solution delivery• Local employment contract drafted and issued
