Responsible to Modular Operating Theatre products development and Door and Window hardware specification

• Build, handle and maintain accounts for specific areas with the team• Help the team so they can achieve company's monthly target.• Provide strategies to cultivate accounts in the assigned area, to introduce, maintain and support their projects

• Setup meeting with potential clients, to present company's products and giving product knowledge• Giving technical advise about products, for example giving the right hardware recommendation for a type of door.• Maintaining relation with clients (architect, developer or end user)

• Responsible for the preparation of design documents for projects. The work includes the development and preparation of program requirements, schematic designs, preliminary design documents, and final design working drawings and specifications. • Also providing post-design support and observance of construction activities. Supervise on-going project with selected main-contractor • Dealing with clients and maintain relations for future projects

• Lead team consists of 3-4 designers• Manage the team's workload and weekly goals so they can reach the amount of target given by the management.• Giving clients design and technical advice about their needs.• Direct every designer's design style following the company standard.• Design checking every project's drawing before going into production processes.

• To manage the Development team so the company can reach its target, and every handled project keeps on its track in terms of design delivery and project management.• Build and maintain relations with clients (Project Owners, Architects, Interior Designers) across Indonesia.• Communicate with the Operation team about the production of our product so we can deliver the best to the client with our products.• To keep the innovation. Manage the design team to do some research about rattan's material character and find out what else we can do with the material.

• Design and develop national and international projects • Establish a connection with the new client• Managing 15+ national projects all over Indonesia• Leading team of project architects during quarantine.• Involve in project administration in terms of the project’s payment, project permission, and the project’s timeline.

• Design and develop projects given by Principal Architect.• Participated in all design stages of 4 national projects. • Participated in 2 International Architectural Competitions• Conduct meetings with suppliers for project needs.• Create Models, 3D Models, and Rendering for ongoing projects.

As an intern in pak Budi's office i learnt that in world of architecture, standard is searchable and arguable. We have to keep ask our self and architecture community in the matter of space making, regulations, materials and architecture itself. Start from the primary architecture mind about proportions. I learn those things from• Do some architectural research for cultural projects in the central part of Indonesia. • Model making for the preliminary design stage. • Assisting Project Architects at every design stage.• Meet with clients to discuss more about the ongoing projects and vendors, to get more knowledge about the materials.• And also I've been delegated in the architectural closed competition for one of the biggest manufacturing companies in Indonesia to build their education center. (won 1st place)
