- Drafting/Review/Compare the legal documents such as manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, talent agreements, event organizer agreements, contracts, company approval, NDA, somatic/legal notice, etc.- Preparing, reviewing and modifying contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.- Reviewing ongoing legal issues and advising management accordingly.- Liaising with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.- Prepare and support Legal's Trademark- Filled out the legal documents- LKPM reporting on OSS RBA- Basically responsible for all legal aspects of the company and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
