◦ Responsible for the operations of 6 Lawson stores with 30+ staff members◦ Coordinate with the Chief of Store in creating strategic plans to drive service improvements, sales growth, efficiency, and profitability for each store.◦ Build good collaboration and relationships with other departments.◦ Conduct analysis of SSSG and break down each issue in detail to identify the factors causing stagnation or growth, which will serve as an evaluation to create future action plans.◦ Controlling the inventory by ensuring Lead Time, DSI, and OOS to prevent disruptions in operational activities and avoid loss of sales.◦ Develop action plans for business efficiency by reducing operational costs, breaking down profit and loss reports, and controlling the budget plans and actual results for each store.◦ Provide evaluation, coaching, and upgrades to the Chief of Store and Assistant Chief of Store to guide and motivate them as an effort to improve performance.
