Digitally package files and keep them organized (brands: Lancome, Clinque, Valentino, Fenty, Christian Dior etc.) and ensure server consistency. Re-design the SOP and instruction template for Instruction Sheets for dozens of top brands brands according to feedback from Retailer. Track jobs and graphics across multiple physical and digital platforms and communicate closely with QC. Communicate with Operations and Customer Service Representatives about any issues going to press. Provide QC with final PDFS and closeout all jobs. Report to VP of Operations.

Work with Customer Service to adjust files to match customer specifications including step & repeat, distortions, bleeds and chokes. Design white plates. Make color, text and image corrections as needed. Places proper marks, color bars and tone scales on jobs. Quality Control. Proofread.
