- Designed the promotional booklet for Simpang Temu Dukuh Atas, the company's first mixed-use building. The material has been distributed to around 50 potential tenants and partners, giving spatial visualizations for planning and negotiation purposes.- Designed three 3D renders of proposed infrastructure projects around MRT stations for use in their pitching and presenting to prospective business partners, regulators, and the public. One of these projects is already underway, and the other two will start soon.- Promoted 3 TOD projects in the annual Jakarta Investment Forum held by Jakarta Investment Center to around 20 potential investors. The Forum consisted of a two-day exhibition, site visits to the projects, and a plenary.

- Updated the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) components of 8 Urban Design Guidelines (Panduan Rancang Kota/PRK) in accordance with the provincial spatial plan’s standard. 551 data points of urban blocks had been successfully translated into a universal spatial dataset, streamlining the company’s TOD Area Manager workflow.- Examined 4 national/regional planning and land rights codes impacting TOD area management. A potential loss of up to IDR 9 trillion in TOD infrastructure funding had been identified as a result of a spatial plan update, which is being considered for further revisions and control measures by the company and Jakarta Provincial Government.- Designed four 3D renders of proposed infrastructure projects around MRT stations for use in their pitching and presenting to prospective business partners, regulators, and the public. One of these projects is already underway, and the other three will start soon.- Organized and led tours of the company's TOD Areas to showcase their development and progress to various stakeholders. Some of these tours were part of the TOD Fair series, and close to 100 people attended the tours eager to learn about the company's TOD projects.

Took part and assisted in the dissemination of a water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) awareness program that was aimed towards communities in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. Assistance included participation in the brainstorming, preparation, and execution of events, compounded with academic research on Mataram's WASH vulnerability using GIS software.
