- Conduct thorough market research to identify potentialcandidates in various industries and sectors.- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through social media, professional networking sites, and industry events.- Source and screen potential candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and cold calling.- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.- Provide detailed information to candidates about the clients, job roles, and interview processes.- Gather feedback from clients after interviews and communicate it to candidates, offering constructive advice for improvement if necessary.- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages on behalf of clients and facilitate the acceptance process.- Utilize data and analytics to assess recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

-Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees-Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates-Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures-Responsible on checking employee administration data-Collect, review, and verify BPJS data for accuracy and completeness-In charge of checking all procurement quotation-Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate corrective actions-Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing supplier management-Develop and manage compensation (remuneration) and benefits programs, including salary administration

-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures-Facilitate the performance management process, including performance evaluations-Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions-Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights into employee performance-Participate in HR project and implementation-Assist in employee branding matters-Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

-To monitor all training activities of any training program-Making an analysis of the Talent and create a schedule for talent development-To administer and to establish good training records for planning employees development. To be able to analyze the training needs of each department-Standardizing the recruitment , training / development talent and personnel-Ensure work processes of recruitment, training / development and personnel carried out according to standards and procedures-To evaluate staff's performance (monthly)
