• Over 20 yrs. of Project Management, knowledgeable of building components and system operations.• Able to prepare and review of school building construction documents, blueprints, work order system, and energy management system operations, and work with computer software and office equipment• Able to monitor the production process and adjust to schedule as needed.• Ability to work independently in a demanding fast paced environment.• Able to provide Customer based help when needed, as well as coordinate with customers in regards to their projects and timeline of completion.• Able to instruct construction site including relations with District, owners, architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors, DSA, DOH, public agencies federal, state, county, and city authorities.• Able to Supervise work through the planning and scheduling of work, and the review and approval of tasks
