As a volunteer, I'm part of the Amsterdam chapter Leadership Team of Out in Tech.Out in Tech is the world’s largest non-profit community of LGBTQ+ tech leaders.We create opportunities for our 50,000 members to advance their careers, grow their networks, and leverage tech for social change.

Responsible for building scalable programs that enable Miro to create a consistent drumbeat of its story and differentiation, through strategic product positioning across go-to-market efforts, for end users and enterprise buyers. I collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, program managers, product and enablement teams to drive messaging consistency across internal communications and marketing touchpoints; while optimizing for impact and efficiency of product marketing activities. Responsible for implementing, running and maintaining product marketing programs, driving product launch positioning and communications across business critical channels and surfaces. By working closely with Product marketing, Product operations, and other teams across Brand, Growth and GTM teams I ensure a high degree of quality, consistency and efficiency as Miro scales through hypergrowth.

I co-lead the Queers ERG at Miro for the EMEA region. That means I organize events, learning sessions, and support the Miro LT and employees in understanding the reality and needs of the Queer community in a tech company like Miro.

- Scope, plan and drive Analytics team projects: organizational changes, process innovation...- Deliver customer value: clarify the partner support model, design feedback loops and measure satisfaction- Drive collaboration within Analytics and across Miro: build a forum to share critical business insights, host All Hands and drive data-sharing initiatives- Supercharge recruiting: alignment on HC needs, planning, harmonise job descriptions, hiring process, kick-off documents, etc.- Empower Analytics team members on their journey: standardize onboarding, align role levels across sub-teams, etc.

Responsible for the definition, implementation and optimization of the operating model within Service Platform organisation (ca. 200 FTEs). Managing strategic planning as part of company-wide financial planning process. Advisor on organisational design optimizations to accomplish objectives.

Leading a team of Senior Project Managers, I drive commercial success through co-developing strategic initiatives for 180 offices globally. I create lean and efficient structures partnering with and influencing regional MDs. We, together, drive large scale operating model change projects. This includes defining roles and responsibilities, KPIs, process innovation, change management and deployment. I execute roadmaps that result in measurable commercial results in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

I translated business needs into business opportunities which were executed according to Agile methodology. These projects led to an increase in partner satisfaction, revenue growth and enhanced customer experience. In partnership with Product Owners and Data Scientists, we defined product roadmaps to maximize commercial impact. These included innovation and scalability of the tooling and the features used by our 2+million partners globally.

Hired, led and developed a team of 13 coordinators across different offices, I defined and executed the operational strategy for Booking.com Spain. I partnered with leaders to design operational procedures that would bring efficiency and revenue growth to the branch. I represented the main regional stakeholder to the product innovation teams based in HQ-Amsterdam.

I moved to Ireland where I worked as a barista and shift manager. I needed some 'me time' to decide what I wanted to do with my career. I fell in love with Ireland and I learned how to make great coffee: it has been my passion since then
