EMBA | MMath | BEcI have more than 20 years working as a Data Analyst and involved in BI/BA projects. I consider myself a creative, problem solver, self-motivated & team builder professional. From a major in Economics and a Master Degree in Mathematics, I have never stopped learning and challenging myself by adding more skills to my human capital portfolio: both technical skills (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Git) & behavioral competencies (Innovation, Leadership, Accountability, Negotiation, Communication.). I am driven not just by a passionate curiosity on all research issues, but also by a natural impulse to ask and answer business questions: Who are my customers? Who are my most valuable customers? What make them so valuable? Are we dealing with real value or maybe a fraud? Are they promoters or just passing by? What is the next best offer I could recommend to each one of them? How to engage more with each one of them? I am self-motivated to learn new things because most of the time it is the only way to answer research questions. I am a movie fan and a narrative lover, sometimes I see myself like Neo in the Matrix: to solve problem B let me acquire skill C. In the book "The Signal and The Noise" there are foxes and hedgehogs. I see myself as a fox. Success is not about knowing everything, but knowing where to find, how to find it and endure. But this passion to solve problems and answer questions is not a solo act, I truly believe Data Analysis, Data Science and Business Intelligence are team sports, not marathon races. That is the main reason why I am so fond of team building and teamwork. It is a dialogue not a monologue. Let's begin our conversation!
