I am the Head of Digital Academy at Ricoh Europe, where I lead the development and implementation of learning and development strategies and solutions for our IT teams across the region. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and more than 15 years of experience in the fields of learning and development, adult education, e-learning, knowledge management, innovation, and research, I have the expertise and passion to create a digital learning ecosystem that fosters collaboration, innovation, and a culture of learning among our IT professionals.My mission is to enable and empower our IT talent to thrive in the fast-changing and competitive digital services market, by providing them with learning and development opportunities that align with our business goals and values, and that enhance their professional development and career paths. I also share my knowledge and insights as a lecturer at Barcelona School of Management Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a mentor for Technovation Girls and the Women Innovator Programme at UNDP, and a contributing analyst at Wikistrat, a global network of international experts working collaboratively to help decision-makers identify solutions to complex strategic challenges.
