I actively participate in defining Zebra's strategy for the Latin American market, focusing on generating and tracking business opportunities and designing plans to drive sustainable growth and expand our presence in the region. I am proud to have achieved a 50% increase in the number of team members and a 25% growth in customer and partner satisfaction.

In charge of Mexico operation for the Enterprise business unit at Motorola Solutions. Directly responsible for the Sales team with three different profiles: High Touch Account Managers, Territory Account Managers and Channel Account Managers. Indirectly responsible for the other areas: Pre Sales Support, Post Sale Support, Services Sales, Order.

As Regional Channel Manager for the Latin America Region I am in charge of the governance of the Channel Program across all the countries in LA. As the Channel is a very important piece to offer complete solutions to the market I am giving a new level of importance to the managed (strategic) parters and launching the ISV program in LA.
