Managed the $600M annual revenue tablet business and supported new products from concept to launch. Partnered with executive management and influenced the portfolio strategy roadmap and key initiatives that improved the financial profile.

Global Duty Controller. Managed and analyzed Dell’s $200M+ annual spend on country import duties and logistics broker fees. Delivered savings of $15M partnering with the Global Trade and Compliance team.

Lead in the "Change The Business" team. Strategized and launched a global deal review process to provide visibility, ensuring Dell could deliver solutions to customers in specific international locations, which led to improvements in profitability and customer satisfaction.

Executed the quarterly financial planning and analysis of over $650M of revenue and $250M of cost of goods sold. Managed the $140M inventory of 35 + distributors worldwide, partnered with the Sales & Operations team to take any action required to maintain the desired days of inventory target.

Coordinated a manufacturing cost reduction initiative driven by the VP of Operations to transfer domestic product testing operations overseas, resulting in $7M in annual savings. Led the evaluation of an insourcing VS. outsourcing project in the Philippines; the $15M plan to bring assembly operations in-house proved to be cost effective and was successfully implemented.
