Management of the investment requests from the plants and the programs of the Europe Division, their inclusion in a data base and regular meetings with the requestors, where I discuss the financial part (budget, return of the investment, etc.), the technical one (design of the lines, KPIs, etc.) and formal aspects.- Budget year 2015. Budget control of the programs and plants. - Capex control. It means a monthly control of capitalized expenses of the plants according to the forecast. - Participation in training of "exhaust hot end" lines standardization.- Monthly financial closing- Development and validation of the Budget 2016 Europe Division.
