Bodegas Iranzo is making organic wine since 1994, it's a highly commited company in making sustainable agriculture and wine, as well as taking care of its human team and environment.I'm taking care of the techical direction of operations from production and manufacturing to sales.Some of my tasks are:- Managing the teams, people with different profiles, different needs and different jobs, making sure they achieve their targets by creating a team spirit and improving work organization.- Technical direction of the growing of the vineyards and grape production- Technical direction of the wine making processes, continously improving the processes and added value of the wines under a lean management perspective- Process improvement of the bottling station, using some lean management tools- Relationship with customers and suppliers

I develop my job within a Process Specialist team, this means being a technical support for projects and plants. Some tasks are:- Responsible for Industrialization of Tooling & Equipment (timing and cost)- Process definition, drawings review, cost analysis and comparison, specifications creation, follow-up with suppliers, T&E acceptance at supplier, launching in the plant- Process Standardization (revision of design standards, creation of standard specifications, etc.)- Capacity study and technical solutions

Coordination and support work together with the Capex Manager (capital & expenditure) of the Europe Division at Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies. Main tasks are:- Pre- approval of investments. Management of the investment requests from the plants and the programs of the Europe Division, their inclusion in a data base and regular meetings with the requestors, where I discuss the financial part (budget, return of the investment, etc.), the technical one (design of the lines, KPIs, etc.) and formal aspects.- Budget year 2015. Budget control of the programs and plants. - Capex control. It means a monthly control of capitalized expenses of the plants according to the forecast. - Participation in training of "exhaust hot end" lines standardization.- Monthly financial closing- Development and validation of the Budget 2016 Europe Division.

1 year internship at Robert Bosch Ansbach Plant.Automotive Electronics, Mafunacturing International department for "body electronics".Involvement and participation in a relocation project and new production line of a Ford ECU from a manufacturing plant in Hatvan (Hungary) to Cluj (Romania)- Project manager for the coordination and definition of the product specifications and necessary equipment.- Quality topics, Lessons Learned, FMEA, two trips to the new line in Romania.- Department workshop in Germany.Internal budget tracking tool in Ms. Excel.Participation in two flexline designs.

I took participation in the final phases of three projects of industrial installations. Main tasks:- Project documentation and Installation manual, two in French language.- Structure calculus and reports.- Business trip to the field for Quality Control.

Summer job in the USA before starting university, participation in the restoration of an ancient Victorian style House together with its owners, thus I did a full cultural immersion, both in the country and with the English language.
