He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from University of Lima. After several years of working in the mortgage side of real estate, it became clear that an opportunity to maximize his potential would be to use both his skills in analyzing financials and his ability to communicate with clients and reach agreement while becoming not only a Realtor but the best one he could be, was his new goal. In just three short years: Alfonso has quickly become a leading agent at Realty Associates in Houston which is home to over 1800 agents. He was awarded in the top 1% Buyer Agents among 25,000 agents and recognized by Houston Association of Realtors in 2012 ,2013 and 2014.
