My practice is focused on Intellectual Property, including litigation and mediation.My work has particular emphasis on anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting actions that includes border measures.As a partner, I lead the IP litigation unit. I am particularly strong in advising and counseling national and international companies in software, pharmaceutical, consumer product, plant varieties and entertainment industries on how to protect their IP rights in Ecuador.Since 2012, I have been a mediator at the Chamber of Commerce of Quito and regularly train future mediators on how to mediate IP Matters.I am a dynamic team leader who is passionate about protecting intellectual property rights. As a people person, I am an expert in settling conflicts through negotiation and mediation.
